What You Need to Know Before Service
1. Parts Used
We may use new, OEM-pulled, used, or refurbished parts, depending on availability and customer preference.
2. Estimates
Prices given are estimates. If additional repairs or parts are needed, we will contact you first.
3. Customer-Supplied Parts
We cannot guarantee the fitment, quality, or results of parts you provide.
4. Repair Limitations
RC vehicles break — especially with hard use. We cannot guarantee against future damage or wear after the repair.
5. Pickup Policy
Please pick up your repaired RC within 30 days. After 60 days, it may be considered abandoned.
6. Payment
Payment is required at pickup unless arranged otherwise in writing.
