1. Service Overview

RT’s Precision RCs provides RC repair, maintenance, tuning, diagnostic, and upgrade services. Services may require evaluation before a final cost estimate can be provided.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All estimates are approximate. Final pricing may vary based on parts needed, labor time, or unexpected conditions discovered during repair. Customer approval is required before proceeding with additional costs.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay may result in delayed release of the repaired RC or additional fees.

4. Parts & Warranty

Parts may be new, OEM-pulled, used, or refurbished. No warranty is provided unless specifically stated in writing. RT’s Precision RCs is not liable for manufacturer defects or customer misuse.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the condition of their RC vehicle. Failure to disclose prior damage, water exposure, or modifications may affect repair outcomes.

6. Repairs Not Picked Up

Items left over 30 days may incur storage fees. Items left over 60 days may be considered abandoned.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel repairs prior to parts being ordered or labor being performed. Labor already performed will be billed appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

RT’s Precision RCs is not responsible for:

• Damage occurring after pickup

• Damage caused by misuse, crashes, or improper maintenance

• Performance issues arising from customer-supplied parts

• Loss of accessories or aftermarket components not disclosed during intake

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for communication, service updates, and internal record-keeping. We do not sell customer data.
