RT’s Precision RCs is committed to honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
To ensure customers fully understand our services, parts, and repair process, we provide the following disclosures:
1. Parts Sources & Options
RT’s Precision RCs primarily uses OEM-pulled and refurbished parts to help keep repair costs reasonable while maintaining reliable performance. Customers may request brand-new replacement parts; however, new parts typically increase the overall repair cost. Any price changes related to using new parts will be discussed with the customer and must be approved prior to the repair.
2. Repair Process
Turnaround times vary depending on workload, part availability, and the complexity of each repair. Any changes in estimated completion times will be communicated as soon as possible.
3. Pricing & Additional Costs
Prices listed on the website are baseline estimates. If additional parts, labor, or troubleshooting are required, customers will be informed and approval will be requested prior to moving forward.
4. Customer-Supplied Parts
When customers provide their own parts, we cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or functionality of those parts. Any issues that arise from customer-supplied components may result in additional labor charges.
5. Performance Expectations
Due to individual driving styles, RC vehicle conditions, and terrain differences, performance outcomes may vary after repairs or upgrades.
6. Payment Requirements
Payment for repair services is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged in writing beforehand. Repairs will not be released until payment is received in full.
6. Unclaimed Property Notice
Customers are responsible for picking up their repaired RC vehicles promptly. Repairs not collected within 30 days of completion may incur storage fees. Items left for more than 60 days may be considered abandoned.
7. Purpose of This Disclosure
This disclosure is intended to provide customers with a clear and transparent understanding of how RT’s Precision RCs operates so expectations are aligned before any repair, service, or upgrade begins.
