1. Liability for Pre-Existing Conditions

RT’s Precision RCs is not responsible for defects, damage, or wear that existed prior to inspection. Hidden issues discovered during repair may impact performance or require additional service.

 

2. Repair Limitations

Due to the high-impact nature of hobby-grade RC vehicles, RT’s Precision RCs cannot guarantee against future damage, wear, electronic malfunction, or mechanical failure after repairs are completed. Breakage caused by customer use, driving habits, environment, or normal wear is not covered.

 

3. Customer-Supplied Parts

Malfunctions or damage resulting from customer-supplied parts, including improper fitment or manufacturer defects, are not the responsibility of RT’s Precision RCs.

 

4. Used, OEM-Pulled, and Refurbished Parts

When approved by the customer, used or OEM-pulled parts are provided as-is. While they are inspected and tested, such parts may show signs of previous use and are not guaranteed to perform at the level of brand-new components.

 

5. Electronic and Soldering Risks

Electrical systems can be affected by prior damage, moisture exposure, incorrect wiring, or manufacturing flaws. RT’s Precision RCs is not responsible for failures related to these issues unless directly caused by workmanship during the repair.

 

6. Unclaimed Property Policy

Repairs not picked up within 30 days of completion may incur storage fees. Items left more than 60 days may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.

 

7. Payment Obligation

RT’s Precision RCs reserves the right to retain possession of a repaired item until payment is received in full. No warranties—express or implied—are provided unless stated in writing.

RT’s Precision RCs confirms only that the RC vehicle functions properly at the time of return. No guarantee or warranty is implied.
